Online Bill Payment Service

Guaranty Bank has made paying bills easy!  With our new Bill Pay service you won't need stamps or checks!  You can access the bill payment service through the online banking center. When you enroll for online banking you gain access to Online Bill Payment.  We are offering this service free of charge to our retail customers!

Add the vendors you have historically paid by check. Once you have set-up a payee, all you do each month is schedule the payment and enter the new amount.


The "Quick Payment" button lists each of your Payees. On one screen, you can enter and schedule payments to several payees.


If you send the same payee, the same amount on a recurring basis, you will like the frequency choices. When you add a payment, click on the dropdown box next to "Frequency" and select your choice of recurring payment, then enter the beginning date and ending date of the frequency.


REMEMBER, the "Date" or "Send Date" is the date the electronic payment will be deducted from your account. You will need to have collected funds in your account on that date in order for us to process the payment. If funds are not available, the payment will be dropped. If you still want to make the payment, you will need to reschedule it.


We will send payments either electronically or by paper check. We are not responsible for the timely delivery of payments. Previously, we recommended at least seven days for delivery of paper checks. Due to the current conditions with the US mail, you may want to allow extra time for delivery.
