The TellerPhone allows you to:

If you are a first time caller, your PIN will be your entire nine digit social security number. You will then be prompted to select your personal PIN for future use. If anyone else is on the account, they will set up their own PIN for access. Thereafter, just call the TellerPhone, and follow the menu:
