Guaranty Bank offers a total compensation package with competitive salaries and benefits.

Banking Perks

Full time employees enjoy discounts on consumer loans and mortgages, and all employees enjoy free bank accounts, checks, wire services, cashier's checks, and money orders.


Guaranty Bank offers a 401(k) plan with company matching contribution up to a max of 4% of salary (100% match on first 3% of employee contribution; 50% match on next 2% of employee contribution). Both Traditional and Roth plan options are available and vesting is immediate.


Medical Insurance

(Available for all employees working 30+ hours/week) Comprehensive medical insurance is offered through Cox HealthPlans. Employees have three plan options, including High Deductible plans with employer-funded Health Savings Account.

Prescription Discount

Prescription discounts are offered in conjunction with medical Cox HealthPlans insurance.

Dental Insurance

Optional dental plans are offered through Anthem.

Vision Insurance

Health Risk Assessments are offered annually as a FREE service to employees and at a very low rate for family members and friends. Flu shots are offered FREE to employees and at a discounted rate to family members and friends.


Life Insurance

Basic life is company-paid for full time employees – amount varies based on position level. Additional coverage is optional, including Supplemental and Dependent Life coverages.

Long-term Disability Insurance

Company-paid for full time employees.

Short-term Disability Insurance

Optional insurance available with a range of coverages.


Optional services such as Critical Illness, and Accidental plans are offered through Assurant.



Guaranty Bank observes the holiday calendar set by the Federal Reserve — this typically results in 10 paid holidays per calendar year.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

15 to 30 days per year depending on job type and length of service. PTO combines traditional vacation and sick time to give employees more flexibility on when and how they utilize paid time off. A PTO "Buy" program is in place to enable employees to have flexibility to buy an additional 1 or 2 weeks off.

PTO Donation Bank

Employees may donate time to a common bank to be utilized by other employees in times of sickness when all other paid time options have been exhausted.

Other Time Off Benefits

Bereavement and Jury Duty are paid absences.
