Background Check Statement — All offers of employment are contingent on receipt of a background check/credit report that is acceptable to Guaranty Bank. Drug Screening — All candidates who have received a verbal offer of employment from Guaranty Bank will be required to undergo testing for commonly-abused controlled substances within 48 business hours from time of offer. A negative test result will be a condition of employment. Refusal to submit to testing or a confirmed positive test result will result in disqualification of further employment consideration. In addition to pre-employment drug screening, Guaranty Bank conducts random drug screenings four times per year (on a quarterly basis).
E-Verify — Guaranty Bank participates in the United States Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program. The E-Verify program is a web-based employment eligibility verification system for newly hired employees operated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
