If your account number has fewer than 10 digits, you MUST contact our customer service department at 833.875.2492 prior to ordering online.

Overdraft Protection Opt-Out

You may revoke your election to opt-in to our institution's payment of ATM and everyday debit card transactions at any time by using this form, calling us at 833.875.2492 or visiting any Guaranty Bank branch. It may take up to 5 business days after receipt of your request to revoke your authorization to process your request. See an overview of our overdraft services and fees. If you have already opted-out of overdraft protection and would like to opt-in please visit any Guaranty Bank location.

Telephone Banking

Free 24/7 access to several banking functions available through our Telephone Banking program. Start by dialing toll-free 866.237.0724 or Springfield local 417.520.6082.

If you are a first time caller, your PIN will be your entire nine-digit Social Security number. You will then be prompted to select your personal PIN for future use. If anyone else is on the account, they will set up their own PIN for access. Thereafter, just call Telephone Banking and follow the menu:
