Rand Youngblood Promoted to Commercial Lending Coordinator

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Rand Youngblood was recently promoted to commercial lending coordinator at its Battlefield Road banking center.

Youngblood joined Guaranty Bank in early 2015 as a part-time teller. In July of 2015 he joined the bank full-time and, in August of 2016, was promoted to construction disbursement specialist for the bank. In addition to his banking experience Youngblood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Missouri State University.

As the bank’s commercial lending coordinator, Youngblood is tasked with coordinating the disbursement process for construction loans while providing administrative duties surrounding the bank’s ongoing relationships with commercial customers.

“Rand is a great fit for this position because he is eager to expand his knowledge in banking and he is always willing to assist customers and coworkers in any way possible,” said Sheri Biser, chief credit officer for Guaranty Bank. “We look forward to his continued growth here at Guaranty Bank."
