Overdraft Protection Opt-Out
You may revoke your election to opt-in to our institution's payment of ATM and everyday debit card transactions at any time by using this form, calling us at 1.833.875.2492 or visiting any Guaranty Bank branch. It may take up to 5 business days after receipt of your request to revoke your authorization to process your request. See an overview of our overdraft services and fees.
